In Solitude

Cries, prayers, praises
Requests and even curses -
In solitude He listens

Someplace - we know not
He sits in solitude
Keeps His eye on all

Solitary garden
A lone traveler prays to Him -
Light breeze kisses him

All the three haikus are free-form. (5-7-5 rule not followed)

For The Haiku Challenge - Day 15.
Theme: Solitude.

Very nice - and also, most interesting that you chose not to follow the 5/7/5.

Beautiful Haikus Sumit. Solitude is a gift once you make friends with it.

I especially enjoyed the light breeze's kiss in response to prayer. Good image.

I enjoyed your 3 Haiku stanzas ... I often prefer to use the "17 syllable" version of Haiku to the 5-7-5. Sometimes it flows better, or provides a nicer impact!

Thank you for sharing!

God listens to all that we have to say--whether curse or praise. This is so beautiful--spoke straight to my heart.

You are very good at these haiku, Sumit!
